These Terms of Use apply to the website located at www.willowmenasquest.com (the “Site”). The Site is the property of Blissful Light Press. (“BLP”).

BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE AND OTHER POLICIES AND GUIDELINES IDENTIFIED THROUGHOUT THE SITE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.

BLP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of the Terms of Use at any time. Use of the Site following posted changes means that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with the Terms of Use, BLP grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

Privacy Policy Willowmenasquest.com respects the privacy of its Users. By using the Site you acknowledge and agree that Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure, and any information you send to the Site may be read or intercepted by others, even if there is a special notice that a particular transmission is encrypted.

You may use information on BLP titles made available for downloading from the Site, provided that the copies are made only for your personal use; you maintain any notices contained in the Content, such as copyright notices, trademark legends or other proprietary rights notices; and you do not modify such information. Use of any software content shall be governed by the software license agreement accompanying such software.

You agree not to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any transaction being conducted on the Site. You may not use the Site or Content for any unlawful purpose or to infringe upon the rights of BLP or its users. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Site. You may not test the vulnerability and you may not breach the security or authentication measures of the Site or any network connected to the Site. You may not trace or attempt to trace any information on any other user of the Site.

Content Under no circumstances shall BLP or its affiliates, or any of their officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any loss, damage or harm caused by a user’s reliance on information obtained through the Site. It is your responsibility to evaluate the information, opinion, advice, or other Content available through the Site.

Jurisdiction and Disputes  All disputes of any kind with Blissful Light Press, LLC or www.willowmenasquest.com shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America.

All disputes under this Agreement shall be resolved by litigation in the courts of the State of Texas including the federal courts therein and any and all parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts, agree to accept service of process by mail, and hereby waive any jurisdictional or venue defenses otherwise available to it.

Disclaimers BLISSFUL LIGHT PRESS, LLC DOES NOT PROMISE THAT THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT, SERVICE OR FEATURE OF THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL PROVIDE SPECIFIC RESULTS. THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE DELIVERED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS.

ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SITE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. YOUR SOLE REMEDY AGAINST BLP FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT IS TO STOP USING THE SITE OR ANY SUCH CONTENT. THIS LIMITATION OF RELIEF IS A PART OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN THE PARTIES.

The above disclaimer applies to any damages, liability or injuries caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use, whether for breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of action.

Acknowledgment The Terms of Use, including all documents and policies referenced herein and including individual terms of use accepted by users and/or buyers as a condition of each sale transaction, represent the entire understanding between you and BLP regarding your relationship with BLP, and supersede any prior statements or representations. When using the Site or making a purchase from the Site, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE.

Limitation of Liability Except where prohibited by law, in no event will BLP be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if Satiama has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If, notwithstanding the other provisions of these Terms of Use, BLP is found to be liable to you for any damage or loss which is in any way connected with your use of the Site or any Content, BLP’s liability shall in no event exceed US $100.00.

Additional Provisions If any part of the Terms of Use is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be void or unenforceable, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and replaced with a valid provision that best embodies the intent of the Terms of Use, so that the Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect. The Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Blissful Light Press, LLC.
